Stash Candidates

BRPROUD | Saints receiver Juwan Johnson embracing transition to tight end

These players could see big volume or put up big numbers, but either way, if you have a spot on your roster, strongly consider adding:

  • Juwan Johnson, Saints TE - Saints have been hit hard by injuries at the tight end position and Johnson, a former WR, is the favourite to take the Jared Cook role.

  • Tony Jones Jr., Saints RB - Alvin Kamara’s new #2, Jones Jr. should see Lat Murray level volume (with the opportunity for more) and is the handcuff to Kamara.

  • Ty’Son Williams, Ravens RB - Read our past three articles. Favourite to lead the Ravens in carries.

  • Ty Johnson, Jets RB - Strongest preseason of all Jets RBs, Johnson could break out and dominate snaps. It’s likely a committee here, but Johnson’s the best bet.

  • Wayne Gallman, Falcons RB - If anything happens to Mike Davis, Gallman automatically becomes an RB2 (without any competition).
